Shipping & returns.

Because our pieces are made to order, every purchase asks for a little patience — the time it takes to do things properly. Here, in full transparency, is what you can expect from us, and what we commit to.

Making & preparation

Your pieces are cut and sewn after your order, in our partner workshops in Europe. Allow around 4 weeks for making, then 24 to 48 hours of preparation before dispatch. We keep you informed at every step.

Delivery

Mainland France, Standard: €7.99, free from €99. Delivery within 3 to 5 working days once the piece is ready.

Mainland France, Express: €10.99, 1 to 2 working days.

International: €29, 3 to 5 working days.

Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, as provided by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Pieces must come back to us unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with their labels.

For a size or colour exchange, write to us: we will do our best, subject to available stock.

A return slip is sent on request to hello@henrilecontecollection.com.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error or defect on our side, in which case we cover everything, no questions asked.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the original payment method.
